Application Requirements
For the Fall 2009 Post Secondary Seats
• Application submitted by May 15, 2009 along with
• Acceptance letter from the college/university
• copy of transcripts
• copy of program outline
• letter of educational plan
All applications that have sUbmitted the above requirements will be brought
forward to the post secondary committee for review. The selection process
(last poge of guidelines) will then take place for the Fall2oo9 seats.
